1. Returns

  1. Products sold will be considered for return/refund only if received in a damaged or defective condition. Customers must provide clear photographs of the damaged product.
  2. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.
  3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

3. Refunds

  1. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
  2. Please allow at least 10-15 days from the receipt of your item for processing.
  3. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
  4. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
