1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts, but discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and contact you to either await restocking or process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase. This is the final price for shipping costs.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are issued as store credit.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping; reimbursement occurs upon successful claim. Warranty claims are processed within 15 days and may result in:

  1. Refund to payment method
  2. Refund in store credit
  3. Replacement item (subject to stock availability)

4. Delivery Terms

  1. Transit Time Domestically (UAE): 2–5 business days.
  2. Transit Time Internationally: 4–22 business days, depending on courier and destination.
  3. Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Warehouse operates Monday–Friday.
  4. Change of Delivery Address: Allowed before order dispatch.
  5. P.O. Box Shipping: Only via UAE postal services.
  6. Military Address Shipping: UAE military bases via postal services only.
  7. Items Out Of Stock: Out-of-stock items are refunded.
  8. Delivery Time Exceeded: Contact us for investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch to follow shipment progress via courier updates.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged, reject it from the courier if possible and contact customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact customer service for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

  1. Sales Tax: Included in the displayed price of goods.
  2. Import Duties & Taxes (International Shipments): Duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid where applicable by UAE Federal Customs Authority. No additional fees are required from the customer.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. If already dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage per courier coverage. Damaged or lost parcels will be refunded or replaced after courier investigation.
